On December 3^rd and 4^th, the City of Waterloo and Stanley Consultants hosted a Value Planning Workshop with key stakeholders from the community to gather background information about this project.  Needs, desires, and constraints were discussed along with a brainstorming session to generate potential ideas for the project.  While no specific alternatives were established, the City Staff and Stanley Consultants’ Design Team will utilize this information as the project moves forward through the Feasibility Study phase.
